Background check & person locator search(using online resources, databases we subscribe to, contacts at various governmental and private entities and the dark/deep web):  Results include: (1) current address and employer, (2) educational history, (3) criminal convictions and civil judgments, (4) credit worthiness, (5) assets(real property, banks and account balances, vehicles titled in subject's name, businesses), (6) prior scams and  fraud(estafa), (7) martial status or relationship status, (8) children, and (9) social media accounts. On site surveillance, investigation or verification of any results, are available for an additional charge as set forth above.  Cost of service:  15,000 Pesos.

• Birth and Death Certificates: PSA Copy: 20,000 Pesos(per Certificate)

• Marriage Certificates and Certificate of No Marriage(CENOMAR): PSA copy: 20,000 Pesos(per Certificate)

• Real property Deeds/Titles/Records: Land Registry Authority copy: 20,000 Pesos(per Deed/Title)

• Other asset documents including bank statements, corporate filings and records, tax returns/records, and stock certificates: starting at 20,000 Pesos per set of documents

• Vehicle ownership registration and records: 8,500 Pesos per record

• Mobile phone and Landline number call and chat logs: starting at 10,000 Pesos per number per day.

• Accessing the content of a cellular phone operating on IOS or Android software:  15,500 Pesos (plus third party company monthly charges). Client must have access to the Cloud account log in credentials for the subject phone.  Cost without log in credentials, starting at:  25,000 Pesos with no guarantees of success given.  

• GPS tracking device: 9,500 Pesos per device (using a mini wireless device that is accurate within 5 meters of actual location, shipping cost not included, installation fee of 4,500 Pesos not included); 

• Two way audio listening and recording devices:  9,500 Pesos per device, shipping cost not included, installation fee of 4,500 Pesos not included; 

• Hidden cameras:  6,500 Pesos per device, shipping cost not included, installation fee of 7,500 Pesos not included;

• Tracking location of a cell phone using IP address(using web based software):  8,500 Pesos per phone(one time tracking only, additional tracking is 1,500 Pesos per inquiry); 

• Service of Process, legal documents, and correspondence in the Philippines (Complaint, Demand or Cease & Desist letter, etc.):   within Metro Manila:  15,500 Pesos; NCR:  16,000 Pesos; Pampanga:  16,500 Pesos; Other locations available upon request for additional cost factoring in mileage, starting at 17,000 Pesos.  Fully completed and signed Affidavit of Service included upon completion of service. Add 3,500 Pesos if Affidavit must be notarized.  Body cam recorded footage of service, add:  4,500 Pesos.  

• Drone coverage and recording of surveillance(in additon to surveillance): 15,500 Pesos.

PLEASE NOTE: Rates for on-site surveillance & investigative services include travel expenses and time, electronic photographs, video, database searches and report. All other expenses are additional expenses which are not included in the stated rates. All additional expenses must be born by the client. Half day service includes 5 hours of surveillance or investigation time.  Half day of service not offered outside of Metro Manila.  Full day service includes 12 hours of surveillance or investigation time.  Full day service in all other locations not stated above starts at 16,500 Pesos per day, plus travel and hotel or apartment expenses.  We do not deduct travel time.  The time allotted is the time we will spend on surveillance and/or investigation.

Surveillance includes observing and following a subject at locations provided by the client.  Photos are videos are included.  Investigations include the same services, but also include interviews with third parties(witnesses, neighbors, businesses, etc).  

Please add 3,500 Pesos to your payment for expedited (same day) requests for surveillance and on-site investigations.  Add 2,500 Pesos for expedited same day background checks.  

Free consultations and quotes are available via E-mail, text, Whats App and Viber messenger, or telephone only, not in person.  All in person meetings will incur a charge of 9,500 Pesos within Metro Manila, which will be applied to compensate for our time and/or travel and will not be applied to services. In person meetings and consultations are not available at any other locations. Costs associated with DNA tests not included in the above charges.  

All quotations for price and terms of service shall expire within 14 days from the date given if the agreed upon payment is not received.
